Welcome to from Infinity TV!
I have I recently came across a little bit of a bit of information regarding that that that taboo topic. And I just wanted to have a little chat about what I found. So anyways. And fees. And fees. So we all got pleasantly and shockingly surprised this March of 2021 into the the wide world of NFT just exploded…
And suddenly here we are in this whole new paradigm of art and crypto smashing worlds together and creating new things. Now, of course, all us artists are very, very happy. And, you know, it’s a it’s a paradigm changer for us.
It really is. And I really wanted to dove in back in March and April, right around that time when things got a little complicated in my my personal situation for a number of reasons I won’t go into. But the timing didn’t work out for me.
Now, I’ve been making art for a while, for years, and I gathered up a nice collection of creative work that I’ve done over the last few years, and it’s just kind of been sitting on it. I published a few odd things on Yeah, Instagram and Twitter, but I didn’t really promote myself as an artist so much.
And, you know, just with how this world, this paradigm shifted and moved us into this place where we. All right now. Now there is there’s a new source of income and capability through art, through the vehicle and medium of the the visual art, both in the the flat and the the motion graphics world.
Now, you know, I mean, there’s other applications and NFTs, but I’m just focusing on my skill set. And anyways, so I’ve been working, it’s currently mid-December and I’ve been I’ve been working on my collection and just massaging it into existence.
And I just released my first NFT and this is the video creation of that NFT, bringing it from its previous incarnation of creativity, where I, I liked the concept of it, but I wasn’t completely happy with how it was, how it landed.
So I wanted to give it a little more polish and just jig things a little bit, you know, and just find something new in there and just get it to that next level. And so that’s what you’re watching.
And anyways, I did this, went through the process of minting it, popped it up on Rarible and there it is. So that was very exciting. I like that and I’m really appreciative of this new frontier that we are all experiencing in this domain of arts and creativity.
Now, where it goes in a few years, I don’t know. I don’t know. I I’m just barely holding on to the the understanding of what this is and how this works and and so forth. You know, it’s I mean, I get it.
You know, I actually get what it is kind of but but on the other hand, do I, I don’t know. I still scratch my head once I go any deeper than sort of the tertiary. Tertiary. Is that the right word?
Tertiary. But the very top level understanding the, you know, the the the big headline, understanding what it is when you start drilling into the the actual. Nuances of the back end technology. I it totally lost me. I’m just not.
My brain just doesn’t work like that. But anyways, that’s my that’s kind of my experience right now. The, the, the, the NFT space. And my intention is to keep moving deeper into this space because I really I feel like it’s, it’s got a lot of legs, you know, I feel like it’s a place to,
to focus and invest time and creative resources into to to, you know, further my career ambitions as a visual artist. All right. Moving on. So this is something that I found very interesting and very it perked my curiosity.
I learned that the more any v*xxes, you know, the v*xxes are actually a kind a type of gene based therapy. Genetic based therapy is more accurate. So the question I had when I found this out, I was just flipping through Twitter, found this little article that just the this this guy and women. Let me bring this up here so I can actually reference some information that’s relevant. This guy, Stephane Oelrich, he’s a he’s a dude who works in Bayer. He’s one of the execs there. And he was giving a presentation at this World Health Summit, which has a lot of the W.H.O. top brass, all talking about stuff from 2019. And anyways, he made the statements that, well, I’ll just play it and then, you know, we’ll talk about it. Ultimately, the v*xxes are an example for that cell and gene therapy.
I always like to say, if we had surveyed two years ago in the public, would you be willing to take a gene or cell therapy and inject it into your body? We would have probably had a 95% refusal rate. I think this pandemic has also opened many people’s eyes to to innovation in the way that was maybe not possible before.
Yeah. Very interesting. Right. But when you think about it, when you really think about it, like, what is this v*x doing? You know, what’s what’s it doing in our body? It’s got instructions that go into into the cells of our body.
And then the RNA instructs the cell to then produce then spike protein. And then the spike protein goes. And, you know, we have a reaction to it. And and then it it promotes antibodies. And, you know, the the the immune system to go and attack the spike protein.
And then that’s how one builds immunity to the spike protein, not to the whole COVID, you know, virus, but rather specifically the spike protein. So that immunity is very specific. And you know, what’s what our friend Stephane said about it being gene therapy.
I was just curious, you know, I’m like, what is this? Let’s let’s dig a little deeper. And so that’s what he says. It’s you know, it’s not my words. It’s his words. And I did a little bit more reading and I did find a Reuters article, which is a fact check for v*xxes are distinct from gene therapy, which alters recipients genes. Now, let’s let’s read the verdict. And since Skip skipped through the article here and just say that. All right. Scientists told Reuters that while v*xxes can be considered genetic based therapy because they use genetic code, they are not technically gene therapy because as I’ve also read, that technically gene therapy is the instructions would then the the introduction to the I guess the instructions I don’t know if it’s RNA or what, but the instructions would actually alter your genes and it would actually change your genetic code, whereas this is simply instructing your cells to produce the spike protein.
Okay. So anyways, there you go. That’s what I found out was very interesting to get a little more into the science of what this all is. And I wanted to share that with you.
And is there anything else I wanted to say? Hmm? No, I feel I’m done here. Okay. Thanks for watching. I really appreciate you. And don’t forget to, like, subscribe and hit the notification. Thanks. And I hope to see you for you to see me again.
